Conference Date
Those who do not wish to stay beyond the Conference period, the ENTRY date will be JUNE 26, 2022 and EXIT date will be JUNE 30, 2022.
Tours
Tour packages are being designed for those who wish to tour the country before or after the Conference period.
You can choose to enter few days before and exit few days after the Conference date.
You can decide to do sightseeing tours before the Conference or after the Conference.
You can also choose to break up the tour into two segments - one segment before the Conference and another after the Conference.
However, you CANNOT arrive the country within or after the Conference period.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration Fee is non-refundable
Refund on accommodation and airfare will be allowed as per carrier and Hotel policy - before 2 months of date of Conference
No refund will be made if cancellation is done within 3 weeks of Conference date
